This fee is effective from Tuesday January 16, 2018 – Monday February 26, 2018

LATE REGISTRATION
Fee: $85.00
This fee is effective from Tuesday February 27, 2018 -  Friday March 9, 2018

Always wait to see if a Confirmation email will come to you to confirm if your Registration went through or not. If you do not receive a Confirmation email, it is okay to send us an email at wim.rccgna.org to enquire if your Registration went through or not and we will respond accordingly.

Please note that for Onsite/Late Registration only Credit Card Payments or Cash will be accepted. NO CHECKS PLEASE. AND REGISTRATION MATERIALS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED as they would not have been budgeted for.

You will be required to present your Registration Badge to get access and admission into all Meetings. Kindly have your Registration Badge on you for the duration of the Conference for your identification and admission.


BANQUET DINNER ONLINE REGISTRATION
The Banquet Dinner will hold on Saturday March 24, 2018

BANQUET DINNER FEE: $70
Banquet Dinner Fee payments can be made online.

Dress Code: Come with your heads adorned in the trendiest of Head Gears.

Those who wish to pay for the Banquet Dinner can also do so at arrival at the Conference.

Please note that for Onsite Banquet Dinner payment, only credit card payments or cash will be accepted. NO CHECKS PLEASE.

REGISTRATION MATERIALS
Your Registration Packets will be available for pick up from the Registration Foyer at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on your arrival at the Conference.
Please note that the Registration Foyer will be opened only at specific times:


FRIDAY MARCH 23: 1:00pm – 11pm CST
SATURDAY MARCH 24: 8:30am – 3:00pm CST

For your convenience, our choice of Conference Venue for 2017 is:

DFW Airport, TX 75261 

This will be the Venue for all our Events during the conference.

TRANSPORTATION

  • Hotel is located within the Airport.
  • No Bus Shuttle will be necessary.

ACCOMMODATION

BUS SHUTTLE

Hotel is located next door to the Airport. It is across from Terminal C. The Drive from the Airport to the Hotel is approximately 10 Minutes of less depending on the Airport or Hotel Traffic.

Hotel Bus Shuttle Services start at 3.40am and they run every 20 Minutes.

All Events will hold at the Hotel.
